The focus of the session was creating an attitude of gratitude.
As you move into sleep, the mind transitions from the realm of the conscious into the subconscious. The subconscious mind is powerful. By developing a regular ritual of reviewing the things you’re grateful for just before falling asleep, you effectively program the subconscious mind into a perspective of positivity. This programming gradually begins to filter into your waking life until it instills itself as your modus operandi, reducing stress and increasing feelings of enjoyment and satisfaction.
