You must sign up to reserve your space in all drop in classes. Sign up opens 12:01 midnight the day before the scheduled class. Please arrive at least five minutes before class and sign-in using the touchscreen located in the lobby by the green sofa. If you do not show up for your reserved spot, then it may be given to a standby.
All classes are self-paced, which means that you determine the intensity that is best for you.
Yoga students must provide their own mat.
