Thank you to Stefan Zanon for stepping up to take the leadership on this session. This is actually the second time that Stefan has guided ME Time however the last session wasn’t recorded.
In this session, Stefan placed the attention on the breath through the application of two techniques:
- Three part or deep, diaphragmatic breathing
- Equal ratio breathing
During the course of the day, breathing often becomes shallow which can contribute to feelings of stress and anxiety. This session provides practical techniques for naturally deepening the breath, cultivating relaxation and clearing the mind.
